PRICING begins at $1,250.00 for males and up to $3,000.00, and $1,600.00 for females and up to $4,500.00. However, puppies
are priced individually, according to quality and color. My Biewer puppies are all IBC registered and have excellent bloodlines.
Our Biewer puppies are registered with IBC. I sell most of my puppies with out papers, they will recieve a birth certificate.
Our puppies are in sound health to the best of our knowledge, and some are show quality. I produce high quality purebred Biewer puppies. I breed for health,beauty, and loving dispositions!

DEPOSIT
Is one-third of the purchase price of the puppy not to be less then $550.00 and must be received within 7 working days of you choosing your puppy, or puppy goes back up for adoption. Please send postal money order by priority mail with delivery confirmation. No personal checks are accepted. Puppies must be paid in full by the time they are 8 weeks old and all shipping costs ( if puppy is being shipped)
* Payment options are Western Union, Money grams and postal money order, paypal or cash.
BALANCE
Due by the time they are 8 weeks old, balance due must be paid by cash or USPS money order. This avoids hassle at time
of delivery. Shipping costs or mileage must be added into the balance due. ( Shipping cost is listed under Shipping below )
Unless other arrangements are made, if the balance due is not received when the puppy is 8 weeks old the deposit is forfeited and no refund will be offered, contract is void, and the puppy will be placed back up for adoption.
$400 cancellation fee applies to any sale canceled by buyer/seller for any reason. This is applied to cover my time and any paperwork involved.
If any pre arranged refunds will only be given after puppy is resold.
SHIPPING
Is available for $350.00 This includes the airline fee, health certificate and the airline approved crate. With the high cost of gasoline, I will be charging an additional $20 for my fuel expenses. Buyer assumes all costs associated with shipping. I will ship my puppies only when they are at least 8-10 weeks old. Please do not expect them any sooner.
Please Note: I reserve the right to determine when the puppies are ready to be shipped out. I do my very best to get your puppy to you
as soon as possible, but there are sometimes delays. Inclement weather conditions (I.e. too hot or too cold), hazardous driving conditions, flight schedules and puppy development, are all out of my control.
Understand that I will NOT ship a puppy unless I feel that the conditions are safe, and that the puppy is ready to make the trip. I do this
to ensure that your puppy will arrive to your home safe and healthy. We do not ship puppies C.O.D., Shipping when and where available. Thank you for your understanding. Most of our puppies will be transported to you with ground transportation due to their small size.

I will drive to meet you with your new puppy for a charge of $.75 per mile one way.
Puppies that are picked up are ready to go to their new homes at 8-12 weeks of age. depending on the puppies development.
Guarantee
To the best of the seller's knowledge and belief, this puppy is in good sound health, free from symptoms of contagious and infectious diseases at the time of sale. No further health guarantee is made or implied. If the buyer believes this puppy to be sick, the animal should be immediately taken to a veterinarian of the buyer's choice.
A one year after sale Replacement Warranty is given for any life-threatening congenital disease not common to the brachycephalic breeds that caused said puppy to expire. A notarized Veterinarian Report with findings stating, to a medical certainty, that the death was in fact caused from the prenatal state will be required. Buyers will be required to send the notarized Vet's Report by registered mail along with all of the puppy's medical records. Sellers Veterinarian must confirm and agree with the diagnosis. The Seller will then give buyer a replacement puppy of equal value and the same gender, from the next available litter. Replacement Warranty will be terminated if puppy was found to be abused, neglected, or does not have up to date records of vaccinations and fecal records. We do not fix hernia's of any kind for any reason.. This is a common defect that is easily fixed when your puppy gets spayed. I do not guarantee any leg, hip or knee disorders as this is common in small breeds due to jumping from high places and injuries attributed from their size~ their ease of injury is very high~ the buyer should be aware of this prior to their purchase of a toy breed dog and monitor their puppies activities with caution. We do not guarantee color, adult size, conformation, reproductive ability, testicle descending, potty training ability or the temperament of the puppy. We do not guarantee common conditions such as, but not limited to improper bite, thin coat, hernias of any kind, trachea problems, low blood sugar ( hypoglycemia), internal and external parasites, luxating patella, miner physical flaws, loose stools, coccidia or any condition that can be corrected by Veterinarian treatment. This puppy was sold as a pet not a breeder.
As of the date of delivery, the puppy has received proper vaccinations and de-worming. Buyer has been informed of these. This warranty does not cover diseases for which vaccinations could prevent.
The seller will assume no shipping costs associated with sale or Replacement Warranty.
The seller assumes no responsibility for medical expenses, mortality, landlord's disapproval, allergy, or any other undesirable circumstances once the dog has left the seller's premises.
The size a puppy will grow to, as an adult, is only an estimate based on seller's experience and traits recognition. No guarantees are made as to adult size.
The seller does not guarantee the color of said dog. Because the breed is their color may become lighter or darker as they age and grow, and will almost always be lighter if the dog is shaved down, as the undercoat is lighter.
Hernias must be certified by a veterinarian, to be currently life threatening and to have rendered the puppy unfit for purchase, in order for surgical repair reimbursement consideration.If Hernia is life threatening Seller will have Hernia fixed at Sellers Veterinarian. Most hernias are not life threatening and Veterinarians will fix the hernia when your dog/puppy gets spayed or neutered.
If a puppy is sold with full IBC registration rights, seller cannot guarantee the fertility of a male or female puppy and it is impossible to guarantee breeding success or show success. It is the buyer's sole responsibility for bills incurred from breeding said dog. Limited IBC registration papers will be released for companion pets after proof of spay or neuter is received by seller.
Seller reserves the right of first refusal, should buyer chose to place said puppy.
Any disputes will be litigated in Maury county, TN, State, USA at the buyer's expense.
Warranty applies to the original buyer only, and is not transferable if puppy is resold.
If you are no longer able to assume responsibility for your puppy, we will be more than happy to take the puppy back and find a suitable home for it. We do not want any of our babies ending up in a shelter or pound! By purchasing a dog or puppy from Crowderhouse, you agree to the terms and conditions. Upon leaving our possession puppy/puppies must be seen by a licensed veterinarian for check up and first shots for your new puppy.
I reserve the right to terminate a contract of sale at any time, prior to delivery, for any reason.
Except as expressly set forth in this agreement, Breeder disclaims any and all warrantees of whatsoever kind, express or implied, including but not limited to the warrenty of merchantability, and the warranty of fitness for any particular purpose.
Payment options:
A.) Pay for dog or puppy in full with 1 (one) payment.
B.) Pay a non refundable deposit of (1/3) of the selling price not to be less than $850.00. Make payments to pay off dog or puppy, $300.00 weekly until paid in full.
C.) Pay a non refundable deposit of (1/3) of the selling price not to be less than $850.00. Pay off remaining balance at time of picking up the dog or puppy. Last payment must be in the form of cash.
I no longer accept paypal, due to the fact that buyers have abused it. Western Union & Money grams and postal money orders are accepted. No personal checks accepted.. all payments must clear before puppy leaves my home usually 10 buisness days..
The most important information of all, is that I care about all my babies and was there for their birth, when they opened their eyes, and for their first steps.
